Preparation instruction: STOVE TOP: (Medium-High Heat) 4oz serving. Spray saute pan with non-stick cooking spray or heat 2 T. of oil on medium-high heat.. Heat for 3 minutes, adding 1-2 mins for each additional serving. MICROWAVE:(2200 watt) Whole bag. Place frozen contents of bag in microwave-safe, 4 inch deep dish, cover. Heat on high for 7 minutes. Rotate the dish and stir thoroughly halfway through cook time. Let stand 1 minute. MICROWAVE:(1100 watt) Whole bag (Half Bag). Place frozen contents of bag in microwave-safe, 4 inch deep dish, cover. Heat on high for 16 minutes (or 9 minutes for half a bag). Rotate the dish and stir thoroughly halfway through cook time. Let stand 1 minute. COMBI OVEN:(100% Fan, 50% Steam, 400F) Whole bag. Spray foil covered 11x17 inch sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange frozen product evenly on pan. Cover with foil. Bake on middle rack for 10 min, rotating tray after 5 min for even cooking. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375F. Spray foil covered 11x17 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange one bag of frozen product evenly on pan, cover with foil. Bake for 10 min, rotating tray after 5 min for even cooking. STEAM UNIT: Arrange product in a half-sized steam table pan. Steam for 10 min.
