Preparation instruction: Remove Breast from printed bag and wrap in foil folds turned up. Place foil wrapped frozed or thawed roast in 2 inch deep pan. Convection Oven: Thawed - 325'F oven for 19-23 minutes per lb. Frozen - 33-37 minutes per lb. Conventional Oven: Thawed - 350'F oven for 24-28 minutes per lb. Frozen - 42-46 minutes per lb. To Brown Top, turn roast over (upright) and peel back foil 30 minutes for Convection oven or 60 minutes for Conventional oven before end of cooking time. Remove from oven, remove netting (cutting with scissors) while product is still hot. Let stand 20-30 minutes for easier slicing. Appliances Vary, Adjust Accordingly.
