Tyson® Uncooked Cornish Hens, 24 pieces, 28.5 Lbs
Preparation instruction: Conventional Oven
To Roast: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Season and truss. Place breast side up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush with melted butter. Roast uncovered 1 hour (1 hour 15 minutes if hen is over 1 lb. 2 ozs.). Baste frequently with butter. To brown, raise oven to 400 degrees F. during last 10 minutes.
