Preparation instruction: Flat Grill / Griddle / Sauté Pan Preheat lightly oiled grill to high. Cook pork for approximately 4 minutes, turning frequently. Reduce temperature to medium heat and cook until internal temperature reaches 158°F, stirring every 1-2 minutes. Braising instructions: Sear pork on a flat-top grill or in a braising pot. Then simmer in liquid (stock, broth, or water) for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 158°F.
