We picked cashews as one of the organic ingredients because they lighten up our extra dark chocolate. With flavor notes of deep roasted cocoa, subtle brown spice and dried fruit, our 85 percent dark chocolate balances the buttery, subtle sweetness of the cashews. A sprinkling of sea salt from the Australian coast is the finishing touch on this sophisticated bar.
