This concentrate can be used to make vinaigrettes, syrups, glazes, pastry creams and savory sauces. The bulk case is ideal for supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, dessert shops and juice shops.

Preparation instruction: Thaw and store product below 40F. Stir before use. Each jar attaches to a standard bar pour spout.
