WRAP IN PLASTIC WRAP OR PLACE IN COVERED MICROWAVE SAFE DISH. FROZEN: COOK ON HIGH 3 ½ - 4 ½ MINUTES. THAWED: COOK ON HIGH 1 ½ - 2 ½ MINUTES. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.
