If Frozen 0°F Cook 15-20 minutes. 3. If Thawed 40°F or Less Cook 10-15 minutes. LOW PRESSURE STEAMER Place pouch on perforated steamtable pan. 1. Carefully remove using tongs. 2. If Frozen cook for 27-30 minutes. 3. If Thawed cook for 14-15 minutes.
