This is one of our most popular subscriptions. The Enthusiast was created for people who have a palate and appreciation for specialty coffee. In other words, if you have experience with coffee and own a V60, Aeropress or Bee House then The Enthusiast is a perfect light roast coffee subscription for you. We work to find the freshest and highest quality coffee farms from across the globe. Basically, our goal is to source coffees that were just harvested so you can experience the freshest possible coffee. Then, once received we roast to order and ship right away. In effect, sourcing high quality coffee allows us to create a light roast coffee subscription with variety and nuance. Also, we tend to source coffees in this tier from Fair Trade co-ops as a way to support sustainable production of delicious coffee. Consequently, Marcus (one of our founders and lead roaster) prefers to bounce between this coffee and The Collector as his personal favorites.
