Smart Flour Tavern Style Pizza Crust - 5.5" x 16"; Gluten-Free; Vegan
Gluten-free pizza crust made with ancient grains. The crust is free of gluten/wheat, casein/dairy, egg, soy and rice. It's made with the ancient grains, sorghum, amaranth and teff. The crust is par-baked and frozen.
Preparation instruction: Allow crust to defrost to room temperature,
approximately 8-10 minutes. Add desired
toppings. Bake at 400 degrees until the cheese
melts and crust turns golden-brown,
approximately 11-15 minutes. *Due to
differences in ovens, cooking temperatures and
times may vary.
