Skinner Wide Noodles Pasta

The Skinner Extra Wide Noodles Pasta are short, flat pasta strips, made with egg yolks or eggs, and durum wheat flour. Enriched with protein, it makes for a wholesome meal or side dish. These noodles pasta compliment cream, cheese, or light tomato sauces, or just tossed in butter and olive oil. Ideal for restaurants, diners, cafeterias, hotels, supermarkets, and grocery stores, this bulk case comes with 12 packs of Skinner wide noodles pasta.
Preparation instruction: Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add salt if desired. Gradually add WACKY MAC so that the water does not stop boiling. Boil uncovered 8-10 minutes until tender, stirring occassionally. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Drain thoroughly.
