Sliced redskin potatoes with roasted strips of bell peppers and onions in a savory seasoning.
 
Preparation instruction: Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions to ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. STOVE TOP: Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add frozen potatoes and vegetables to very hot oil. Cover. Cook for 9 to 12 minutes, stirring as needed for even heating. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 450 F. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange potatoes and vegetables in a single layer on a baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375F. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange potatoes and vegetables in a single layer on a baking pan. Bake 12 to 17 minutes. GRIDDLE: Preheat griddle to 375F. Spread cup of oil over griddle. Arrange potatoes and vegetables in a thin layer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning as needed for even heating.
