Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Heat fryer to 345F. Place pancakes in a pie rack for fryer, or arrange 6 pancakes in a fry basket so they do not overlap. Fry for 3 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375F. Arrange 28 pancakes on a full size sheet pan with parchment liner. Bake for 14 to 19 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 400F. Arrange 28 pancakes on a full size sheet pan with parchment liner. Bake for 19 to 21 minutes. GRIDDLE: Preheat griddle to 350F. Lightly oil griddle. Cook for 6 minutes. Turn and cook the other side for 4 minutes. IMPINGER OVEN: Preheat oven to 500F. Arrange pancakes on a non-stick screen and cook for 8 minutes.
