Simpli Organic Lupini Beans, 12 Ounce -- 8 Per Case

Lupini beans are nutty, savory, and super protein-dense (nearly double that of other beans!). They’re a staple in pantries across the globe, ranging from the Mediterranean and the Middle East to North Africa and Latin America. Plus, they contain all nine amino acids and very little starch or sugar—so they’re low-carb as well as high in protein. Also referred to as choco, tarwi, and lupin, lupini beans add high amounts of nitrogen to the soil they grow in and require little water, making them a resilient rotational crop in the regenerative organic ecosystem.
