Medium Savarin: Ø 7.2" x 1.5" H of 25.3 oz. vol. Small Savarin: Ø 6.5" x 0.9" H of 9.2 oz. vol. Silikomart Professional was selected by USA team to develop the kit with whom William Folz, Victor Dagatan and Rabii Saber competed in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2017.
