Seviroli Spinach and Mozzarella Ravioli

The Seviroli Spinach and Mozzarella Ravioli is large, round ravioli with a creamy, rich taste. The ravioli, itself, is made with semolina flour and whole fresh eggs. Each ravioli is packed with leafy spinach and mozzarella. The spinach and mozzarella ravioli is then seasoned with Romano cheese, Italian herbs, and a hint of nutmeg for exquisite flavor. Preparation instruction: Bring 4 qts. of water to a boil, add 1 tbsp. of salt for every pound. Add frozen ravioli to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer, stir gently. Cook uncovered for approximately 3-5 minutes, until ravioli float or to desired tenderness. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 160°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well and serve.
