Filled with a blend of provolone, Romano, Parmesan, ricotta, and Asiago cheeses, it makes for a rich and delicious meal. This bulk case of Seviroli Foods Five Cheese Tortellini is ideal for cafes, diners, and restaurants.

Preparation instruction: Bring 4 qts. of water to a boil, add 1 ½ tbsp. of salt for every pound. Add frozen tortelloni to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer, stir gently. Cook uncovered for approximately 4-6 minutes or to desired tenderness. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 160°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well and serve.
