Preparation instruction: Bring 4 qts. of water to a boil, add 1 ½ tbsp. of salt for every pound. Add frozen tortellini to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer, stir gently. Cook uncovered for approximately 8-9 minutes or to desired tenderness. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well and serve.
