FP-1/9-This stainless steel pump is designed to dispense thin products from a Server Products 1/9-size jar, 6" (15 cm) deep. The 1/9-size jar is designed for use wherever steam table pans go or as a component piece in an insulated, countertop Mini Bar. Its high-impact Polypropylene construction will withstand years of constant use in the foodservice environment. The pump dispenses a 1 oz (30 mL) serving per stroke with the option to reduce the portion size in 1/8 oz (3.7 mL) increments, using the supplied gauging collars. When you place your order, be sure to request a colored knob engraved with your contents for a clean presentation. A black knob is standard. Steam table pan shown is sold separately.
