The 1/9-size jar is designed for use wherever steam table pans go or as a component piece in an insulated, countertop Mini Bar. High-impact Polypropylene construction will withstand years of constant use in the foodservice environment. Rear tabs allow the hinged lid to be attached and side slots accept a strike bar for leveling portions with a spoon or scoop. To address sanitation, the stainless steel hinged lid is notched allowing it to close over a ladle handle. This jar is 3 1/2" (8.9 cm) deep and holds 34 ounces (1 L). When you place your order, be sure to request a colored knob engraved with your contents for a clean presentation. A black knob is standard.
