Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK BEFORE SERVING. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Preheat the oven to the listed temperature. Pull out the paper liner underneath the pizza crust. Do not bake the pizza with paper. Put pizza crust on a pan or a screen pan. Brush with garlic oil on the edge of the crust if desired and add toppings. CONVECTION OVEN: Bake pizza at 375°F for 7 - 10 min or until golden brown. DECK OVEN: Bake pizza at 500°F for 8 - 11 min. CONVEYOR OEVN: Bake pizza at 450°F for 4 - 7 min. Optional: you can thaw the crust in retarder overnight, and then top and bake it. This will generate better flavor and texture in crust. NOTE: Due to variances in oven regulators, cooking time and temperature may require adjustments.
