We start by making the graham cracker crust with our own recipe and fill it with our "Killer" Key Lime filling made with pasteurized egg yolks, condensed milk and "Nellie & Joes" Key Lime Juice! Thats it!! No preservatives, no artificial ingredients and no Jell-O! We bake it, we cool it and then we freeze it! When it thaws it tastes like you just made it, only Mike did!
