Boil in Bag: Do not puncture bag. Place bag in boiling water for 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165. Microwave Oven (1200w): Puncture small hole near top of bag. Place bag in microwave for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165.
