Completely non-foaming and suitable for clean-in-place (CIP) and spray applications. Sanitizes and reduces bacteria in one minute, controls spoilage organisms; controls molds and yeast. Rapidly decomposes after use; effective at temperatures as low as 40° F. Acidic pH, suitable under CO2 environments; 1 to 5.7 ounces per five gallons of water (88-500 ppm peracetic acid).
