10# BREADED 3/8" PEELED ROUND EGGPLANT CUTLETS
Preparation instruction: For best results cook to an internal temperature of 170 - 190 F (77-88 C). Deep Fry - Place frozen cutlets in fryer at 375 F (190 C) for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Microwave - Place frozen cutlets in microwave oven. Cook 2-3 minutes on high (use as a guide only). Bake - Slack for 15 minutes. Bake at 425 F (220 C) for 12-15 minutes. Broil - Slack for 15 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes.
