A soft, moist, proof and bake dinner roll made with 51% white wheat flour and a touch of honey for a subtle sweetness. Use as a compliment to any meal. 2.5 Ounces -- 160 per case. Preparation Instructions: 1. Panning: 48 (6 X 8) for clustors or 24 (4 X 6) for singles on lined sheet pan. 2. Cool/Thaw time: Cooler: (35°F - 38°F) (1°C - 3°C), 12 - 18 hours. Room temperature: 60minutes. 3. Proofing: (95°F (35°C), 85% Relative Humidity) for 40 - 50 minutes. Storage: Frozen: 150 days Refrigerated: 0 days Ambient: 0 days
