The Rich's Life 7 Grain Bread Dough is a multigrain bread with a hint of sweetness. This bread dough is made with whole-wheat flour cornmeal, crushed millet seeds, wheat flax seeds, oats, and sunflower seeds. The bulk pack of Rich's Bread Dough is ideal for bakeries and brasseries.
PROOF & BAKE BREAD DOUGH 7 GRAIN
Multigrain bread with a hint of sweetness. Made with whole wheat flour cornmeal crushed wheat flax seeds millet seeds oats and sunflower seeds. Proof-and-bake format.
Preparation instruction: 1. PLACE FROZEN DOUGH ON A LINED SHEET PAN. COVER WITH SILICONE PAPER AND IDENTIFY BREAD. DEFROST OVERNIGHT IN RETARDER. 2. PLACE IN BREAD PANS SEAM SIDE DOWN. GIVE 20 - 30 MINUTES FLOOR TIME. 3. PROOF UNTIL THE CROWN OF THE BREAD IS 1" (2.5 CM) ABOVE THE TOP OF THEPAN. 4. BAKE UNTIL THE SIDES AND TOP OF THE LOAF ARE GOLDEN BROWN. OVEN TEMPERATURE: CONVENTIONAL: 400 F (205 C) CONVECTION: 350 F (175 C)
