The Rich Proof and Bake Whole Grain Submarine Roll Dough can be used to make a tasty sub sandwich. Made with white wheat and honey, it is enriched with fiber and whole grains. Suitable for bakeries, diners, and cafes, this bulk case contains 60 Rich submarine rolls.

Soft 7.5-oz (approx. 12in) sub roll made with white wheat and a touch of real honey. Contains 51% whole grains, meets claim of a good source of fiber, and has no HFCS or trans fat. Proof-and-bake format.

Preparation instruction: 1. PANNING: BULK 24 (12 X 2) ON LINED SHEET PAN. 8 (4 X 2) ON LINED SHEET PAN OR 4 CHANNEL PAN INSERT. 2. RETARD/THAWING: 35 - 38 F (1 -3 C) 12 - 18 HOURS; OR 60 MINUTES AT ROOM TEMPERATURE 3. TEMPER/FLOOR TIME: 15 MINUTES AT ROOM TEMPERATURE 4.
