Prepared with chilies, cilantro, ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce, this ready-to-use sauce is flavored with lemongrass for an authentic Thai-style taste. The Girard’s Dressing sauce bulk pack is ideal for diners, bistros, and restaurants.

Reddish Brown color. A classic Thai combination of chilies, cilantro, ginger, and soy sauce complemented by the flavor of lemongrass. A mayonnaise base with a sauce consistency. Use as a dipping sauce for Oriental appetizers, Oriental style wraps, or as a vegetable dip.
