The Posada Chicken Chimichanga is a convenient and easy snack that's loaded with spice and flavor. This ready-to-eat frozen chimichanga is made using a white tortilla that's filled with chicken, red beans, green chili, bell pepper pieces and rice. Available in a bulk pack of 48 rolls per case, the Posada chimichanga is an excellent buy for food trucks, food stalls, and retail stores.

CHICKEN CHIMICHANGA Chunks of chicken, whole red beans, green chili, bell pepper pieces, and rice in a prefried white tortilla with toast marks. Chimichangas shall be uniformly rolled with a uniform distribution of filling.
 
Preparation instruction: Product is RTE, however can be heated with the following directions: Preparation Type: Heating Instructions Deep Fryer Instructions: Based on 3 items per basket. 350°F / 8 - 10 min or until hot. Microwave Instructions: Based on one item. High power / 1:30 - 2:00 min or until hot. Conventional Oven Instructions: Based on 1 full sheet tray or about 36 items. 350°F / 45 - 50 min or until hot. Convection Oven Instructions: 350°F / 30 - 35 min or until hot. Preparation Notes: For best results heat according to times given below. FROM FROZEN. It is not recommended to heat from thawed. Since equipment may vary, heating times may require adjustment
