Preparation instruction: Machine Mixing: Preheat a standard oven to 425°F (375°F Convection Oven). Oil lightly an 18x26-inch sheet pan for a full batch, 13x18 sheet pan for half batch. Pour water into a 12-quart mixing bowl. Add Deluxe Corn Bread mix. Mix with a paddle on low speed (#1) for 30 seconds. Scrape down bowl and paddle. Mix on low speed (#1) another 30 seconds. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in standard oven 20 to 23 minutes (17 to 19 minutes in a convection oven).
Hand Mixing: Preheat a standard oven to 425°F (375°F Convection Oven). Oil lightly an 18x26-inch sheet pan for a full batch, 13x18 sheet pan for half batch. Pour water into a large mixing bowl. Add Deluxe Corn Bread Mix. Mix with a wire whisk until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in standard oven 20 to 23 minutes (17 to 19 minutes in a convection oven).
