It contains no antibiotics or animal by-products. Great for diners, bistros, and restaurants, this bulk case contains 16 packs of Perdue Cornish hen.

PERDUE "A" 25/32 OZ FROZEN CORNISH
Grade-A 25-32 oz. Cornish Hen

Preparation instruction: Season hen inside and out. Roast at 350°F for approximately 1 hour. If stuffing, roast approximately 1 hour 15 minutes until done. Hen is done when internal timperature reaches 180°F and juices run clear.
