Finished with fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and red wine vinegar & blend to a balanced, flavorful salsa. We aim for flavor over heat & the Brooklyn is our best selling blend - perfectly medium - enough to feel a kick but not to overwhelm your meal.
