Preparation instruction: Bake in Otis Oven 280F/22-26 min; Commercial Convection Oven 300F/17-20 min; Commercial Rack Oven 300F/19-21 min; Residential Gas/Electric Oven 325F/21-23 min. Ensure consistent power supply. Actual baking time will depend on the dough temperature, # of cookies baked, oven air flow andoven temperature accuracy. For increased cookie spread, bake at the lo wer temperature indicated, and allow the dough to thaw on the sheet pan prior to baking.
