Preparation instruction: Our sheet cake format - a 12" x 16" bakers half-sheet - allows you to customize the cake's cutting according to your needs since you are not restricted to a one-size only format. For example, our cakes can be cut as 1 oz. - 4 oz. individual portions (rectangle, square or triangle format) or as a 24 oz. - 32 oz. bar cake (i.e. small birthday cake). You can present the whole cake as a 3-tiered wedding cake or even as a 4' long banquet style occasion cake.
