The Custom Culinary Whisk & Serve Alfredo Sauce Mix offers a ready-made blend of rich cream flavors, butter, and aged Parmesan cheese, lightly seasoned with black pepper. This easy-to-prepare Alfredo sauce mix makes a rich, smooth Alfredo sauce, saving on time, money, and labor. It can be used to create various other signature sauces as well. Ideal for restaurants, diners, cafes, hotels, and convenience stores, this bulk case comes with 4 jars of Custom Culinary Alfredo sauce mix.

Preparation instruction: Heat 1 gallon of water to a minimum of 190°F. Turn off heat and immediately add one canister (38 oz.) of sauce mix to hot water. Whisk vigorously until sauce is thick and smooth. Let stand, stir just before service. Serve at 160°F-180°F. For a smaller batch, follow the directions above using 1 quart (32 fl. oz.) of hot water (190°) and 2-1/3 cups (9.5 oz. by weight) sauce mix.MIX, SAUCE ALFREDO SHELF STABLE
