Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345F. Fill fryer basket no more than half full. Deep fry for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400F. Arrange fries in a single layer on baking pans, bake for 10 to 15 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 425F. Arrange fries in a single layer on baking pans, bake for 20 to 25 minutes. COMBI OVEN: Arrange frozen fries in a single layer (2.5 lbs) on full Size Commercial baking sheet pans. Bake for 11 minute. Oven set at 400F with 25% Steam, 75% Fan with 3 full prep trays. IMPINGER: Arrange frozen fries in a single layer (1 lbs) on a pizza screen. Bake for 5 minutes.
