Preparation instruction: For food safety and quality, read and follow these COOKING INSTRUCTIONS to ensure that product reaches an internal temperature of 180-190°F. Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment. Check for doneness using thermometer. 1. CONVECTION OVEN 350ºF (Preheated): Place tray on a baking sheet. During last 10-15 minutes, remove lid; stir. Continue cooking uncovered. Cook Frozen (0ºF) product for 40-45 min./Thawed (40ºF or less) product for 25-30 min. 2.CONVENTIONAL OVEN 400ºF (Preheated): Remove lid. Place tray on a baking sheet. Stir halfway through cooking. Cook Frozen (0ºF) product for 1 hr. and 10-15 min./Thawed (40ºF or less) product for 50-55 min. 3.MICROWAVE OVEN 1100 Watt: Cook loosely covered in microwave-safe container; stir. Cook 8 oz. Thawed (40ºF or less) product High Power 5 1/2 - 6 min. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 180-190ºF. Stir well before checking temperature. If thawing, product must be thawed under refrigeration (40ºF) for no more than 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.
