Preparation instruction: OVEN: Pre-Heat oven to 350F. (160C). Frozen: Place meatballs on baking sheet and bake 25-30 minutes. Thawed: Bake for 10-15 minutes. STOVETOP: Place meatballs in sauce and heat for 15-20 minutes.
