Preparation instruction: THAW BEFORE COOKING To roast: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Season and truss. Place breast side up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush with melted butter. Roast uncovered 1 hour 15 minutes Baste frequently with butter. To brown, raise temperature to 400 degrees F. during last 10 minutes.
