Our pre-deposited muffin batters are specially formulated to deliver a consistent made from scratch appearance once baked and have extraordinary flavor. Our pre-deposited muffin batters are easy to use. Pan, thaw and bake onsite for a fresh, out-of-the-oven taste and an aroma your customers won't be able to resist.
Bake - 1. Remove individual muffins from trays and place in pans that have been greased around the tops.
2. Allow muffins to thaw about one hour.
3. Rack, Deck or Conventional Ovens: Bake 325°F - 345°F for 35-40 minutes. Convection Ovens: Bake 310°F - 325°F for 10 minutes with fan off, lower oven to 300°F bake for 25-30 minutes.
