Preparation instruction: KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE. DO NOT REFREEZE. INDUSTRIAL FRYING: In deep fryer, heat oil to 350°F. Add fillets, shaking basket to prevent fish from adhering. FRYING approximately 7 ½ - 8 ½ minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. NOTE: The correct oil temperature is very important to insure proper browning. If thermometer is unavailable, test oil temperature by dropping a few pieces of loose breading into the oil. Oil is hot if breadcrumbs immediately sizzle and float to top. Always allow oil to reheat before adding additional fillets.
