The Mrs. Friday’s Oven Ready Breaded Pollock Fillets will make for delicious appetizers and sides in minutes. Crafted from 100% natural, untreated fish, these pollock fillets are pre-browned and come coated with breadcrumbs for crunchiness. The Mrs. Friday’s breaded pollock fillets can be baked in the oven and served with dips, chips, or sauces. The bulk case will be ideal for bistros, diners, and pubs.

MRSF OR BRD POLLOCK FILLETS, 2-3 oz, 4/2.5#

Preparation instruction: DO NOT THAW. DO NOT REFREEZE. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat 375°F. Place product on baking sheet and cook for approximately 12-14 minutes or until product is crisp. CONVENTIONAL OVEN Preheat 425F. Place seafood on baking sheet. Bake 18-22 minutes or until crisp. DEEP FRYER: Heat oil to 350°F. Add product, shaking baskets occasionally to prevent from adhering. Fry for approximately 4.5 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
