Korma SauceA traditional Korma is a mild, rich tasting creamy sauce made with yogurt, nuts and cream. We have created the same taste but without nuts. Our Korma Sauce is a lighter and nut free version but just as tasty with yogurt, cream and coconut milk.
Preparation instruction: Thaw in refrigerator or in cold water bath. Do not thaw in hot water bath to prevent yogurt and coconut milk from breaking down. Keep refrigerated until used. Estimated cooking time is 25-30 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Use within 5 days of thawing. Do not refreeze unused portions.
