Preparation instruction: To bowl: 1 bag (4.5lb) mix, 12oz water, 2lb 4oz banana puree (about 10 bananas if using fresh fruit). Procedures: 1. Place water and bananas in a mixing bowl and blend with a paddle until smooth. 2. Add mix to bowl and mix 1 min low, then 2 min med. 3. Scale 1.5lb into greased or papered loaf pans. 4. Bake at 325F for 45 min in convection oven with high fan, or at 375F for 60 min in standard oven. 5. Loaves are fully baked if center springs back with touched lightly.
