The Mission Foods Heat Pressed Whole Wheat Tortilla can be used for a variety of recipes from fajitas, burritos to tacos. This ready-to-eat whole wheat tortilla is heat pressed and has uniform size and texture. Available in a bulk pack of 144 pieces per case, the Mission wheat tortilla is ideal for gourmet restaurants, delis, and convenience stores.
Flour tortilla, off-white to light cream in color with bready characteristics.
Preparation instruction: Bring Tortillas to room temperature: If refrigerated - remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. Fluff and individually separate each tortilla. Steam Cabinet - return tortillas to bags and place in steam cabinet. Stack no more than three-dozen high. Heat to 160°F. Do not keep more than three hours. Grill - heat grill to 400°F. Heat tortillas on each side for five seconds. Microwave - stack no more than six tortillas and heat 45-60 seconds on High.Mission 13" Heat Pressed Flour Tortillas 12/12ct
