Minor's Classical Reductions Reduced Chicken Stock Gluten Free imparts a deep roasted flavor to your dishes. Versatile. May be diluted to make a stock or sauce or used directly, without dilution, for an intense roasted chicken stock flavor.Preparation instruction: Add Chicken Stock Reduction to reach desired mouthfeel and flavor. To make a seasoned stock or broth, add to hot water and stir: €¢1/2 cup (113 g) to 1 quart water €¢1-3/4 cup (453 g) to 1 gallon water €¢One (3 lb) container to 3 gallons water To make a seasoned demi, add to hot water and stir: €¢1/4 cup (70 g) to 1/3 cup water €¢1-1/4 cup (340 g) to 1-1/2 cup water €¢One (3 lb) container to 1-1/2 quart water €¢Can be reduced further if desired. This ingredient may also be used directly, without dilution, for an intense roasted chicken stock flavor and texture.
