We began with black tea of superior quality, sourced from a remote hilltop tea garden in Rwanda. To this, we added warming cinnamon, ginger, star anise, clove, cacao and cardamom to create a beautifully balanced beverage that is exotic and robust. With just a hint of natural sweetness, our chai is a wonderful way to revitalize the palate and the mind.
