Preparation instruction: These legs can be baked, grilled, or fried. All directions from thawed. They are already marinated so no seasoning is needed, but a good rule of thumb is quail compliment any fruit flavored marinate. Cook on medium to high heat grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes for convection and 30 minutes for conventional.
