Quail, Bacon Wrapped, Partially Boneless, Legs. 1 oz avg IQF
Preparation instruction: MUST BE COOKED FROM FROZEN. Preferred cooking method is convection baking, from frozen around 400 degrees. Depending on load, they will be done in 15-20 minutes, or to desired bacon crispness. They can also be cooked on char grill from frozen in less then 10 minutes. On medium to high heat cook it on the first side long ehough for the bacon to sear to the meat, then flip.
